The Town of Hartwick, NY is located in Otsego County. It was incorporated in 1802 and consists of 39.44 square miles. Within that area live 2,203 people who drive on 56.7 miles of Town highways. The Town is represented by State Assembly District 111 and State Senate District 50 and is in US Congressional District 23.
