Assessment Board of Review

Members of the Board are appointed by the Town for alternating three-year terms. Prior to serving, attendance at training sessions is mandated.

The Assessment Board of Review meets on Grievance Day to hear complaints relating to assessments.

Grievance forms and related instructions are available after the tentative roll is filed and can be obtained from the Assessor's Office or the Town Clerk's Office.
